Derby-Shelton Rotary Makes New Grants

At the luncheon meeting on May 18, Club President Arlene Greco presented checks to three latest groups to receive Rotary grants. Those receiving grants were:

American Legion, $350 for a Shelton student to attend Boys State – Walter Bills and Al Sabetta pictured with Arlene

Shelton Historical Society, $250 to sponsor the Brownson House reopening and the Father’s Day car show – Marty Coughlin pictured with Arlene

Treasured Time, $1,000 to sponsor Treasured Time Softball Marathon Suzanne Major pictured with Arlene

On June 1, further grants were made to Junior Achievement, Harvest House, Wesley Village and TEAM, Inc.
