 aker of Red Poppy Cakery in Burlington\, Vermont. She fell in love with ca
 ke design and baking at a young age. By 14 she knew she wanted to open her
  own business one day and spent many years learning and preparing herself 
 for her career. Red Poppy Cakery officially opened in April of 2019 with a
  specialization in custom cake and cupcakes. As covid changed the landscap
 e of the events industry\, Janina pivoted to teaching virtual baking works
 hops to facilitate a delicious and fun experience from the safety of our o
 wn homes. She is so excited to bake with you this evening in partnership w
