The Derby-Shelton Rotary and the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce partnered on a very successful Speed Networking Event on Thursday, March 24 at Brownson Country Club in Shelton from 4:30 pm to 7:00 PM. Do I have to be a Rotarian to attend:<\/strong> No, in fact there will be information for any non-Rotarian in the swag bags!<\/p>\n

What is included?<\/strong>\u00a0One drink ticket, passed app’s, swag bag, & networking<\/p>\n

Why?<\/strong> Because building better friendships is who we are! Also the chamber and Rotary will split all profits<\/p>\n

What is speed networking?\u00a0<\/strong>you will have a short amount of time to chat with the person seated across from you, once the bell rings you will move to the next seat and have the opportunity to chat with a new person. This will continue until each person has gone around the room one time.<\/p>\n

What are the COVID precautions?<\/strong> We ask that you are double vaccinated and wear a mask during the networking portion of the event.<\/p>\n

What do I bring?<\/strong> Business cards! With each new person, you meet you will want to give them a business card (we are capping this event at 100 people)<\/p>\n

What is the dress attire?<\/strong>\u00a0Business casual<\/p>\n
