Booth Information

Booths – New location for 2018

There is a large and diverse group of vendors who participate in Shelton Day, and the number grows every year. The booths are normally located up and down Howe Avenue in the center of Shelton with the center located approximately where the Shelton Viaduct runs into Howe Avenue. There are categories of booths for food and non-food. There is a special rate for non-profits.

As you may have read in the paper, the Bridgeport Columbus Day parade will be held in Shelton on Sunday October 7th. Given that this coincides with Shelton Day, a decision was made to move the Shelton Day festivities down a few blocks to the Riverwalk green area/pavilion. All of the booths will be set up  on the grass area, as well as the band and entertainment.

We anticipate that the timing of the parade with Shelton Day will bring an opportunity for more people to enjoy the entertainment, food and booth vendors. Shelton Day runs from 11 am until 5pm, Rain or Shine! All proceeds go directly to  support the needs of our community. We hope to see everyone there!

You can still apply for a booth with our simple on-line form. Just click here.

Vendors are not permitted to solicit outside of their booth space. Also, no animals (except those approved by the committee), bicycles, skateboards, inline skates or other recreational wheels are allowed in the confines of the Shelton Day festival.
